I have a complaint, what should I do?
Do you have a complaint about an order or product? Please do not hesitate to contact us. This can be done in the following ways:

Clearly describe which order it concerns and on what date it was placed. Use the order number for this, which you can find in your customer account.
Clearly describe what your complaint is and, if possible, include additional information such as photos.
After we have received your complaint, we will send you a confirmation of receipt within 72 hours. We will then record your complaint and process it in our administration.
You will receive a substantive response to your complaint from us within one week of receiving your complaint. We may ask you for additional information, for example a photo.
After we have received your complete additional information, we will respond within one week, hoping to find a suitable solution.
We will process any (partial) refund or discount code within one week.
