St. Bernardus Wit is a traditional Belgian, unfiltered wheat beer. The beer was developed in collaboration with legendary master brewer Pierre Celis. Pierre Celis is the founder and creator of Hoegaarden and on his side responsible for the rise of wheat beer in the 1950s. St. Bernardus White is known for its pungent aromas of coriander and orange, with a touch of spicy cloves and fruity citrus scents in the background. The energetic herbs and creaminess of the wheat make for a masterfully balanced taste sensation. The soft mouthfeel contains a delicious interplay of a sweet malt taste with a refreshing acidity and is concluded with a fresh aftertaste.
